KRG – 31/01/14

Hi everyone!

We are excited to announce that at the end of this month we will be performing at The Kensington Roof Gardens with Tenth Electric. The Roof Gardens themselves are a spread covering 6,000 m² (1.5 acres) on top of the former Derry and Toms building. Until recently they were the largest roof garden in Europe and we are very much looking forward to doing our first show in London at this iconic venue.

Tickets are available from the link below and if you quote ‘express’ then you will be able to purchase tickets from the £10 guestlist.

We will be playing brand new material at this show and we cannot wait to kick off 2014 with what promises to be a stonking night. We look forward to seeing you there

Happy New Year everyone!!! I hope that everyone had a relaxing festive period spent with their favourite people and you all are looking forward to an awesome year ahead!

Here’s a snap from my One Love event this xmas. So much fun!

News and updates coming sooooon!

Somewhere in North London we have been laying down material for a brand new record.

This is what great vibe looks like…

Hello all!!

How goes it??

So this weekend at just gone at Looe Music Festival provided us with the epic conclusion to an epic summer… The best in living memory for me, weather wise, music wise and people wise everything seemed to fall into place and continues to do so.

I’m now writing from Strangeworld Studios in London where for the past week or so I have been working with producer/ legend/ fellow health freak, Andy Strange. We hit it off straight away and I’m so thrilled that he has been as excited as me to work on new songs for a brand new record that we’ll be putting out early in the new year. Andy’s credentials read like a who’s who in popular music, having worked as an engineer/producer alongside the likes of George Martin, Elton John, Michael Jackson and Robbie Williams to name but a few!!!! Needless to say I am absolutely (and yes I know I use this word a lot, but it’s appropriate!! ;) ) STOKED.

More updates to come on this, as very soon I’ll be getting Sam, Leo and Alik in to lay down their magic-ness on what is turning out to be a very special and diverse collection of songs.

A MASSIVE SHOUT OUT is in order for the amazing team who put together Looe Festival last weekend. Not only did I get to see one of my favourite bands of all time (REEF!!!) but it was such a well-organised, professionally managed affair, meticulously executed and beautifully laid out. We were fortunate enough to play to two incredible audiences on the Alive Stage (Saturday night) and also on the Main stage itself after (fortunately for us) another one of the bands pulled out!!!

Here are a couple of snaps from the weekends festivities!

I have also put together a short video of some of the best bits from the studio and from shows from over the summer. It features some of my favourite peeps and fun moments from what has been a truly memorable time…

Enjoy and we’ll be posting more updates very soon.

Easyyyyyyyy xx

Back in the Studio

Hello everyone.

Last week myself and some super talented musicians were locked away cooking up some new summer sounds. The location of our creation was Park Studios in Brighton, a relatively new studio, beautifully finished and full of amazing gear, it is expertly run by two jedi sound-masters, Ed and Jim.

Go and see what they’re up to at:

We had a wicked session led by Miloco’s Ben Thackeray and I’d like to thank Ben Daniel, Matt Ellis and Chris Boot for lending their talents.

I am very excited to be able to share something brand new with everyone very very soon.

Stay tuned.
